What We Do
At Filbert’s Scoops, we believe ice cream should taste like where you are. We churn every batch with locally sourced dairy, seasonal Oregon ingredients, and a little bit of whimsy. Pull up a chair, meet a neighbor, and stay awhile—this is your neighborhood scoop shop.
How We Do It
- Make natural ice cream out of real ingredients
- Speaking of ingredients, they will be responsibly sourced and always top quality
- We will be an ice cream shop that is a part of the community and for the community.
- No cutting corners. This means if it can be made by us, it will. If we can make someone's day better, we will. We aim to offer the best products and service possible.
